Title:

Enter Event brief Title (used for Calendar views)

All Day Event:

Start Date/Time:

Enter Event Start Date and Time

Open the calendar popup.

Open the time view popup.

Copy to End Date Start Date is Required Invalid Start Date Start Time Is Required *

End Date/Time:

Enter Event End Date and Time (can span multiple days)

Open the calendar popup.

Open the time view popup.....

End Date Is Required Invalid End Date or End Date smaller than Start Date End date/time must be greater than start date/time End Time Is Required *

Display End Date:

Display End Date in all Views

Time Zone:

Time Zone Event will occur in. Note: All Events for the specific Event Module Instance will be the same (see module settings).

Importance:

Select an Importance for display in Calendar views.

Category:

Select a Category for the Event (supports event filtering)

Location:

Select Event Location

Notes:

Enter a more detailed description for the Event (note this will optionally be displayed on the Calendar view as a popup)

CKEditor requires JavaScript to run. In a browser with no JavaScript support, like yours, you should still see the contents (HTML data) and you should be able to edit it normally, without a rich editor interface.

Recurring Event:

Determines if this is a recurring event

Recurrence End Date:

Recurrence End Date (must be > than the Start Date for the Event in order for the event to occur at least once)

Maximum 1000 event occurences. See administrator for details.

Recurring End Date cannot be prior to Event Start Date

Periodic Event:

Period Repeat Pattern (i.e. Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly)

Weekly Event:

Detailed Weekly Event Pattern (allows a more detailed weekly recurrence pattern)

Monthly Event:

Detailed Monthly Repeat Pattern (allows for more detailed Monthly recurrence pattern)

Annual Event:

Annually repeat the event on a specific date
