Davidson County Community College welcomes the public to take advantage of free tax preparation services on the Davidson campus from January 30 through April 13, 2018. The adjusted gross income of the taxpayer must equal less than $65,000. Income must also be reported on W-2s and/or most 1099s. A social security or individual tax identification number card is required for each person claimed as an exemption on the return. A photo ID for each taxpayer is also needed.

Tax preparation appointments can be made by calling 336-224-4569. For more information on available appointment times, what to bring, and eligibility, visit davidsonccc.edu/singlestop/tax.

The free tax preparation services are part of Single Stop at DCCC. Single Stop is a campus resource that seeks to serve as a one stop shop to connect students to campus and community support services.  Last year the school helped 150 individuals including community members, DCCC students, and DCCC faculty/staff submit taxes through the program.
