Sentencing is scheduled for July 28. The maximum sentence Ebersbach faces is 60 years in prison and fine of $750,000.

The trial in Greensboro took three days.

Ebersbach will now stand trial in Davie County on state charges of first-degree statutory rape, two counts of first-degree statutory sex offense, taking indecent liberties with a child, first-degree statutory rape, four counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, one count of taking indecent liberties with a minor and one count of breaking and entering.
