Bethlehem UMC Seniors Host Community Picnic

On Thursday, June 30, 2016, at 5 p.m., Bethlehem United Methodist Church Seniors will host a community “covered dish” picnic.  Everyone is invited.  The event will be in the picnic shelter behind the church at 321 Redland Rd., Advance, NC 27006. In case of bad weather, the picnic will be in the church Family Life Center. Bluegrass/gospel duo Eric and Ben Marshall, of Mt. Airy, will perform after dinner.  The Marshall’s play with several groups including The Marshall Brothers and recently performed on UNC-TV’s “Song of the Mountains” as well as Dollywood.  This event is free except everyone should bring a covered dish or dessert. Soft drinks, water and tea will be provided. A love offering will be taken for the band. Please call for more information.
